Grant Williams (BCom, MBA)
Founder and CEO

Prior to pursuing his deep interest in property, Grant started his career in the Financial Services industry and was involved for over 10 years in a consulting / advisory capacity to all of the major financial institutions in South Africa. For the last 8 years Grant has been involved in the full life cycle of property deal making.

Grant’s passion for the commercial property industry has been translated into a number of large successful deals. Grant also specialises in financial structuring and a property advisory service for Blue Chip clients

Jade Paviour (BCom, MAP)
Director: Business Development

Jade is responsible for Business Development within Ash Brook Commercial Properties, focusing on Brand Visibility, Marketing, and Client Acquisition. Jade was a Management Consultant for over 10 years, working primarily in the Financial Services industry, specializing in Client Solution Designs and Customer Relationship Management.

Kerry Choriatopoulos
Principle: Commercial Leasing & Sales

Kerry specialises in the commercial and industrial property sectors, assisting clients with both leasing, owner occupier and investment sales. Kerry has several years of experience in the commercial property industry, where he developed his deep interest in leasing and sales. Kerry’s focus on offering top service and building lasting client relationships are a compliment to his repertoire of capabilities, including his strong and diverse network in the property industry. Some of Kerry’s clients include Midas, Primedia, Johnson and Johnson, Prominent Paints Group, Spur Group, Multichoice, Miro Distribution, and Jade Lee Electric.

Ryan Smith
Commercial Property Specialist: Warehouse & Office

Ryan’s portfolio consists of both commercial and industrial property leasing with a key focus on high end clients. Ryan originally entered and worked for over 8 years in the residential property market, and was a top agent for Seeff. Ryan is meticulous about his work and is a strong believer in offering premier service. Some of Ryan’s Blue Chip clients include Microsoft, SANBS, and The Clinton Foundation.

Andrew Sanders (BSocSci, PDM)

Andrew previously worked in the property recruitment industry which effectively assisted him in creating a solid network in the commercial property industry. Andrew is currently studying towards his Post Grad in Property Development and Management. Andrew’s clients include Panos Institute, Transamine.

Lezanne has worked in the residential property market for 5 years and has over 10 years of property related experience. Lezanne has an excellent network within the commercial and business property industry, as well as an extensive database of clients.
